Golden Quince and its ruby Jam

How do you go from the yellow fruit to it red jam?

    Our Autumn Olive bushed created no berries this year with which to make jelly. It was too dry this fall.

  4. Alas, I do not know, she died before she could teach me more than some basic crochet. My father was her youngest and he was at least 30 when I was born, and at least 4 hours away by car. :(
