Iraqi educational system was so exemplary, that UNESCO devised a unique award for Iraq, commenting that it was the only country, in their experience, where a child could be born in abject poverty, of illiterate parents and complete his education to become an architect, engineer, surgeon, or whatever he or she aspired to.
Education was free from kindergarten through university and postgraduate studies abroad.
This was before 1980 in Iraq, wonder what Iran system comparing with neighbouring country more than 28 years ago?
We ended with Al-Hakim, Al-Da'awa, Bader Force and Quads force destroying and rambled all the achievements by Iraqis.
