This blog is about fairness; about looking at objects from multiple perspectives. Stable transformation comes only slowly; and only if the environment is free of sporadic jitters of passion and anger that destabilize growth. I strongly believe that the path to peace crosses through the battle with self.

Tim Russert will be missed ... this is a sad day for American politics And a happy day for political crooks!
Re: critique of Russert's patriotism, and war mongering ... I don't see anything wrong with the first one; I don't think people have to be America-haters to be valid ... the war mongering, as I have not noticed it, I can't comment on that
I really liked Tim Russert. I was just stunned to learn of his death. I watched his Meet The Press show many times. I don't think anyone else could conduct an interview better. He really cared about trying to find the truth. I think he would have played a very central and important role in this year's Presidential election. Its such a shame that he wont be here to help America to make the right choice!
He was a conservative Democrat, who actually supported the Iraq war initially. Nevertheless, he was a terrific interviewer, and his ability to keep his POV out of his interviews was legendary. More so, his love for family is what made him so well-liked. He was very much "everyman", people identified with him.
Meet The Press, with Tim Russert, was my 8:00AM Sunday ritual (:
We had two big losses this month!
George Carlin, a great guy & a great comedian is gone too. Read about him here and see this Youtube segment about the Ten Commandments, according to George Carlin. It's very funny & also see his other shows especialy the one about religion (Religion is Bullshit) and some of his other views. He was a very smart & inteligent guy. I hope I git the links right ;)

Why couldn't George Bush have died from a heart attack? Why does a good man have to go while the evil ones prosper and multiply?
There is no justice!
