This blog is about fairness; about looking at objects from multiple perspectives. Stable transformation comes only slowly; and only if the environment is free of sporadic jitters of passion and anger that destabilize growth. I strongly believe that the path to peace crosses through the battle with self.
:) I am getting these ppictures from payvand--who is getting them from ISNA, I will update at the map become complete. Have I missed the Dezful post on Payvand?
I just thought it would eb a cool summary. I should make links to actual payvand photos.
Thanks Saoirsedaily2 for visiting. I will come shopping soon :)
Renegade, Thanks! I s'pose I can be saying more bad things about Iran; but enough bad is already being said. And besides, the bad things in Iran that I wish to talk about do not really affect the world; and will be totally irrelevant to a non-iranian reader, both in terms of understanding Iran and in terms of understanding the Iranian politics. Those issues are best discussed amongst Iranians who are INSIDE Iran and who have an immediate opportunity to do/study/see/say something about them.
Great pics, and the more I see, the more I would love to visit Iran.
Thanks for dropping by and tipping off your status as oldest sister. Pasting my reply here:
Naj,
all in all, he's been good, and very affectionate. Some regression this morning to "I can't put my socks on, can't put my coat on, you have to help me."
Our first is off the charts on competition and control issues, so no doubt there will be further hi-jinks. He will be very clear about chain of authority, as you were with your li'l sis. I'm an only child, so never had to deal with it--but wish I had to.
I have always pondered (since I became interested in Iran, as a blogger) what the coast looks like north of Tehran over the mountains. Caspian sea, I think so? Can one swim in the water in summer? Is it clear and clean? Are there fish and sailboats and sandy beaches, sunlight and happyness? Just wondering . . .

We used to have Iranian students stay with us when I was growing up. Fascinating culture and country.
That was very nice post.
This is one of the best Iranian blogs. Either everything is bad in Iran as some say, or others say Iran can do no wrong. This blog fills the void.

OT: This is related to the post at my blog.
Naj: This and this are published by my comrades in Iran.
I added you to my blogroll. Hope that was okay. Have a fun Friday.

Marc, Esfand
thanks!
Credit goes to the ISNA photographers; I am just experimenting with HTML tables :)
(and yes I am making an editorial point about the female participation in Iranian economy!)
Lovely! I clipped a few, which will appear in my ClipMarks file, at masbury's ClipMarks. Hope some folks come by because of it!
Cheers!
