This blog is about fairness; about looking at objects from multiple perspectives. Stable transformation comes only slowly; and only if the environment is free of sporadic jitters of passion and anger that destabilize growth. I strongly believe that the path to peace crosses through the battle with self.
Mehrnews was the first place to break out the story. I was on Mehrnews just browsing through their stuff - when this banner suddenly appeared at the bottom of the page: "this just in, Parviz Mehskatian, Iranian musician, dead"
I couldn't believe it. I still can't.
Why do we constantly hear the good guys dying? ... I don't mean that in a bad way. I don't wish death for anyone.
Wish death for YOU? Why would I do that? Then you wouldn't be around to update your blog or talk/argue/debate/fight, etc with me ;-) Blogistan wouldn't ever be the same again.
You should never wish death for yourself. Granted, we will not longer be when we're dead, so it doesn't make a difference for the deceased ... but how about all the broken hearts left behind?

Oh death can be a loss or a gain; but only for those who remain.
Imagine if it were Ahmadinejad who's heart stopped of natural cause.
By the way, you can wish death for me any time. I keep wishing it for myself too! It's a GOOD thing; death!
the good guys have a weaker heart maybe.

It's extremely sad. I still can't believe it.
